You may, at any time:
- Review, edit or remove any of the information you have provided to SRI-CONNECT
- Review, edit or remove any of the information about your employer that is held on SRI-CONNECT, if you are the designated Profile Manger
- Close your account and delete all details held within your individual profile
- Close your organisation’s account and delete all details held within your organisational profile
- Request that a placeholder profile identifying you as an employee of an organisation involved in SRI be removed
Editing your personal profile information
You can review at any time the information you provide to us and make any desired changes to information you publish, or to the settings of your SRI-CONNECT account including your email and contact preferences, by logging in to your account on the SRI-CONNECT website.
You also have a right to access, modify, correct and eliminate the data you supply to SRI-CONNECT. Please be aware though that, even after changes are processed, SRI-CONNECT may, for a time, retain residual information about you in backup and/or archival copies of its database. In addition, we may keep a copy of the information that you originally provided to us in our archives for uses documented in this policy.

Editing your employer organisation’s profile
Organisational profiles originally created by SRI-CONNECT are derived from publicly-available information and from the SRI-CONNECT team’s knowledge of the SRI industry. We make our best efforts to ensure that these are accurate and up-to-date.
You can review any information retained and published about your employer on SRI-CONNECT by following these steps:
- First request authorisation for access to maintain the organisation’s information
- Then, if approved, log-in to the site under the organisation’s account
- Make edits in the same way as you would for your individual profile
Please be aware that, even after changes are processed, SRI-CONNECT may, for a time, retain residual information about your organisation in backup and/or archival copies of its database.
Note: When logged in to an organisation account, access rights to any other areas of the SRI-CONNECT website are limited to those available to an unregistered browser.
Closing accounts
You can close your personal account or your organisation’s account (provided you are the Profile Manager) at any time by emailing the SRI-CONNECT Registration Team at
If you close an SRI-CONNECT account, we will remove the relevant profile from our publicly viewable database.
However, we may retain and use Content you have previously provided if necessary to maintain Services we provide to other Users. To illustrate, an email you may send to another person through an email service provider resides in that person’s inbox even after you delete it from your sent files or close your account. Equally, messages that you send via SRI-CONNECT to other Users and the Content that you contribute to SRI-CONNECT Market Buzz or Discussion Groups may remain visible to others after you have closed your account. Similarly, other information you have shared with others, or that other Users have copied, may also remain visible.
We may also retain certain data contributed by you if SRI-CONNECT believes it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law.
We have no obligation to retain your information, and may delete (or retain) any or all of your account information without liability.
