Whom can I 'message'?
Registered users can 'message' any other registered users.
They cannot 'message' individuals that only have 'placeholder profiles'.
(Placeholder profiles identify individual SRI market participants and the organisations that they work for. They are included on SRI-CONNECT to give a complete picture of the SRI market and each organisation's SRI-related capabilities. However, they do not contain any personal or contact information about those individuals. Accordingly, such individuals cannot be 'messaged'.)
