To create an account and profile with SRI-CONNECT, you are required to supply us with certain personal information. In this section, we cover:
- The personal information that SRI-CONNECT collects and holds
- The way that this is displayed
Information types
We categorise the personal information that we hold on you into seven categories:
Basic Information
- Your name, the name of your employer organisation and your role within that organisation
Contact Information
- Information which may be used to contact you, including your email address and telephone numbers
Account information
- Information that enables us to manage your SRI-CONNECT account including a username and password
Personal & professional background information
- Information on your role, responsibilities and personal background (voluntary)
Interests information
- Information on your professional exposure to, and interest in, particular issues, including regions/countries, sustainability and SRI topics, sectors, companies and organisations (voluntary)
Site usage information
- Information about the way you use the site, interact with third party websites or participate in research initiatives (see Appendix C for details)
Financial information (if subscribing)
- If paying for a subscription by credit card, you will, of course, be required to supply us with details of this card
